The Adder is a Chinese defensive turret armed with four chain guns - a heavier armament than any other unit in its class. The Adder’s main armament makes it a tenacious defender, tearing through armor with frightening power.
Its only Achilles’ heel is its slow turning speed. Like all turrets, the Adder uses a set of STAB Hooks to immobilize it and prevent its weapons from unbalancing it. As a result it cannot fire when these hooks are undeployed and the turret is in a mobile state.
