Description[]
Soldiers are transported into battle and deployed by the AAV6A4 Rat Pack. Unlike pilots they do not use the combined plasma/sniper rifle and will not under normal circumstances pilot vehicles.
Soldiers are instead armed with a powerful rifle that in large numbers allows them to quickly destroy enemy vehicles and buildings. After their target is destroyed; any survivors will attempt to return to base.
The raw power of the soldiers is offset by their low health - a well placed mortar round can easily kill a whole squad.
Trivia[]
- The NSDF Soldier fires the same weapon as the Badger turret. This special turret minigun weapon has a longer range than the Standard Minigun (156m vs 120m).
